Job Summary:
The Partnerships Co-ordinator will be responsible for researching, contacting, and following up with potential partners to gain support for the Bali Children’s Project. The role involves researching and approaching potential business/CSR supporters, with the aim of gaining funding support for Bali Children’s Project programs. The Partnerships Co-ordinator will help to establish and maintain partnerships that support the organization’s mission and goals. The role includes a focus on Bali based potential supporters as well as wider Indonesia, from cafés, to hotels, to large companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on potential partners and develop a strategy to engage them
- Contact potential partners and introduce Bali Children’s Project and its work
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners
- Coordinate and organize activities/fundraising efforts with partners
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on partnership progress
- Assist with the creation of partnership agreements and proposals
- Work with the team to promote partnerships and increase the organization’s visibility
- Attend meetings and events to represent Bali Children’s Project
Requirements:
- Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Relatable experience in partnership development, fundraising, or related fields
- Experience working in fundraising/communications highly desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct research online and in-person
- Comfortable with contacting, developing relationships and meeting with new people
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passionate about making a positive impact for underprivileged children
- Based in Bali or willingness to move to Bali
- Driving license and ability to travel in Bali.
