A huge month for sponsorships in July saw 15 needy children go from an uncertain future to a secure full education thanks to sponsors.
Just in time for the new school year, which started once again in July, Bali Children’s Project added 15 children from our Sponsorship Waiting List to our program.
Sponsorships make a huge difference to children from the poorest families. Official figures suggest one in ten children will not graduate school in Bali. It’s a reality for families without the financial ability to pay various fees.
Focusing on children who are at the highest risk of dropping out, sponsorships change the course of their futures. Children’s prospects change from mainly manual labour or subsistence farming jobs to real life opportunities, just like you can see from our 2017 graduates.
Giving these children a chance to carve out their own futures is why sponsorships are so important, and we are extremely thankful to this July’s new sponsors of;
