Dear Friend,

In August Indonesia celebrated its 70th year of Independance. It was quite poignant for us, as our whole ethos is to enable families to become independent.Giving children the chance to receive an education in Bali reminds us of the difference that can be made, whether it is through our Sex Education Workshops, our flagship Sponsorship Program or supporting Pre-Schools.Thanks to your support, we are able to continue to help children escape poverty through education.

Klungkung Sex Ed Workshops

After a short break for the holidays, we resumed out high impact sex education workshops, this time visiting 5 schools in the regency of Klungkung. Find out where Klungkung is and what it involved.

NEW! Visitor Centre in Ubud

We’ve had a small renovation of our office…and have turned it into a visitor centre. We hope the new centre is more welcoming and gives more opportunities to find out about our work. See the new visitor centre.

Meta is Still Waiting

We’ve been searching for a sponsor for Meta for months, but so far have had no luck. Her two older sisters dropped out of school and we are hoping the same won’t happen to her. More information about Meta

FUNDRAISER: Bikes for Kids

One of the many reasons children struggle to get to school in Bali is because of a lack of transport. Now, Bali Children’s Project supporters Melissa Smith Yoga have launched a new funding campagin to address this. Donate here.
